Luana Spirits Consulting ("we", "us" or "our") is a Canadian business run by Luana, offering intuitive readings, spiritual coaching, digital resources and an online community. This policy applies to luanaspirits.com and its pages (including coaching.luanaspirits.com), and to the information you share when you buy from or work with us through our booking and community platforms.
By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or services.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number if you choose to share it.
- Order details: the readings, sessions, programs or products you buy. Payments are handled by our payment processors, so we never see or store your full card number.
- Intake forms and questions: the questions and answers you submit when booking, which may include personal details about your relationships, emotions and life circumstances.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, direct message or through our community.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: the platforms that host our website and booking pages may log basic information such as your IP address, browser type and device, as all websites do.
3. Readings, sessions and recordings
What you share with us for a reading or coaching session is often personal and tender. We treat it with care.
- Live coaching sessions take place on Google Meet and are recorded and transcribed (currently using Fathom) so we can send you a replay, a transcript and your client dashboard. By booking a live session, you consent to it being recorded for this purpose.
- Recordings, transcripts and dashboards are shared only with you. We will never publish them or share them with anyone else without your written permission.
- Readings are prepared from the questions you submit. Your reading is delivered privately to you.
- Testimonials: we may share short excerpts of feedback you send us, such as reviews, emails or messages about your experience, anonymously, with your name and any identifying details removed. We won't share anything overly personal, sensitive or emotional, and we never quote from your private sessions, recordings or intake forms. If you'd rather your feedback is never shared, just tell us and we'll respect that.
4. How we use your information

- To schedule sessions and send confirmations, replays and follow-ups

- To send you emails you've signed up for, such as newsletters and offers

6. Where your data is stored
We are based in Canada, and many of the services above store data in the United States or other countries. By using our services, you understand that your information may be stored and processed outside your home country, where privacy laws may differ.
8. Emails and unsubscribing
If you join our email list, we'll send you newsletters, resources and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We'll still send you emails about orders or sessions you've booked.
9. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services, support you as a returning client, and meet legal and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it securely.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information
- Withdraw your consent, including to marketing emails

11. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we rely on trusted platforms with their own security practices. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
12. Age requirement
Our services are for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please contact us and we'll delete it.
13. Other websites
Our pages link to other websites and platforms. We're not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies before sharing information with them.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date at the top.
