Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to luanaspirits.com and its pages, including coaching.luanaspirits.com (the "Site"), and to every reading, session, program, course, product and membership offered by Luana Spirits Consulting ("we", "us", "our" or "the Company"), whether purchased through the Site, Stan, Etsy, Skool or any other platform.

By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or purchase our services. These Terms replace any earlier versions.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any reading, session, program, product or membership.

3. Nature of our services

Our readings, coaching, energy work, courses, meditations and community are offered for spiritual guidance, personal growth, educational and entertainment purposes.

  • They are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any physical, emotional or psychological condition.
  • No outcome is guaranteed. Readings describe potentials and probabilities that depend on your own choices and the choices of others. We make no guarantee of accuracy, or of any specific result, including a reunion, relationship, union or healing outcome.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, and for your emotional wellbeing, before, during and after any service.
  • Past client results and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a promise of your results.

If you're experiencing emotional distress, trauma, or a mental or physical health concern, please seek support from a qualified professional. If you're in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

4. Readings

Delivery

Readings are delivered in writing or as a recording, within the delivery time stated on the product page. Where no time is stated, delivery is within 2 weeks of purchase. Delays can happen due to illness, technical problems or other circumstances beyond our control. If you haven't received your reading within 30 days of purchase, you're entitled to a full refund.

Cancellations and refunds

To cancel a reading, email luana@luanaspirits.com with the subject line "Reading Cancellation Request" within 24 hours of purchase, before your reading is delivered, and you'll receive a full refund. After 24 hours, or once your reading has been delivered, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are given.

Follow-up questions

Readings don't include free follow-up questions. A package of 5 follow-up questions is available for CA$125 plus applicable tax, and must be purchased within 90 days of your original reading, since energy shifts over time. One sentence or subject counts as one question, and multiple questions stacked into one sentence count separately. Buying follow-up questions doesn't reset the 90-day window. After 90 days, please book a new reading.

Discount codes

If you buy at full price during a sale and forget the discount code, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a refund so you can repurchase with the code. After 24 hours, the sale is final.

5. Coaching sessions

  • Format. Coaching sessions take place live on Google Meet. They are coaching sessions, not psychic readings, therapy or medical care.
  • Recording. Sessions are recorded and transcribed so we can send you your replay, transcript and client dashboard. By booking, you consent to your session being recorded for this purpose. Recordings are shared only with you. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Rescheduling and cancellations. You're responsible for booking your sessions. To reschedule or cancel, email luana@luanaspirits.com with the subject "CALL CANCELLATION: [date and time of your call]" at least 48 hours before your session. Sessions missed, or changed with less than 48 hours' notice, are forfeited and not refunded.
  • Refunds. Coaching sessions are non-refundable, except in the cases described below.
  • Fit. If your intake form shows that a session isn't the right fit, we may, at our sole discretion, decline your booking before the session takes place and refund you in full. Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable.

The Soul Clarity Session

The Soul Clarity Session is a one-time introductory session for new clients. It can be booked once per person. If you join Love, Rewired on your Soul Clarity Session call or within 7 days of it, the price of your session is credited toward your first month.

6. Love, Rewired coaching

  • Commitment. Love, Rewired is a 3-month coaching program. When you choose the monthly payment option, you agree to complete all three monthly payments, even if you stop attending or decide to end the program early.
  • Refunds. Payments are non-refundable once the program has begun.
  • Coaching calls. Your calls are to be used within your 3-month program. Unused calls don't carry over or convert to a refund, except where a call is cancelled by us.
  • Support between calls. Email support is answered Monday to Friday during your program. We ask that messages stay concise so we can support you well.
  • Community access. Premium access to our community is included during your program, on the terms in section 7.
  • Bonuses. Bonuses have no cash value and are delivered as described on the program page at the time you joined.
  • Missed payments. If a payment fails and isn't resolved within 7 days, we may pause your calls and access until it is.

7. Community and memberships

Our online community, Spiritual Love Healing Academy, is hosted on Skool, and your membership is also subject to Skool's terms.

  • Paid memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Skool account settings, and your access continues until the end of the billing period you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.
  • Free trials convert to a paid membership at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
  • What's included in each membership tier may change over time as we add, update or retire content.
  • Please keep the community safe and kind. What other members share there is private: don't screenshot or share it outside the community. We may remove content, or suspend or remove any member who breaks these rules, without a refund.

8. Courses, guides and meditations

Our courses, eBooks, healing guides, meditations, subliminals and other digital resources are for personal exploration and education. No claims are made that any resource will develop psychic abilities, telepathy or any specific result. If you're experiencing mental health symptoms, such as hearing voices, please consult a licensed medical professional. Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales of digital products are final.

9. Payments and pricing

  • You agree to pay for everything you purchase, and to provide a valid payment method.
  • Payments are processed by third parties such as Stripe and PayPal, through Stan, Etsy or Skool. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Prices may change at any time. We don't offer price protection or refunds when prices drop or when a promotion runs after your purchase, except as described under Discount codes in section 4.
  • Prices are in the currency shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.
  • If a product becomes unavailable after you've paid, or technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay its delivery, we'll replace it or refund you.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our products, programs, community and deliverables, including text, videos, recordings, meditations, courses, guides, graphics, dashboards, code and the look and feel of our pages ("Content"), belongs to the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Our frameworks and program names, including the SELF Method™, Divine Reparenting Method™, CLEAR Method™, Union Alignment Method™ and Manifest Your Union™, are ours.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Content for your own personal purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, publish, distribute or use any Content for public or commercial purposes without our written permission. Your personal readings, replays and dashboards are for you alone.

If you believe something on the Site infringes your intellectual property, email luana@luanaspirits.com with your contact details, a description of your work, where the infringing material appears, and any relevant registration information.

11. Conduct

We may refuse or end service to anyone who is abusive, threatening or disrespectful, who misuses our Content, or who breaks these Terms, at our sole discretion. We may also remove any content from our platforms that we consider unlawful, offensive or harmful.

12. Feedback and submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback about our Site or services, we may use them freely without owing you anything. This does not apply to your private session content or personal information, which we treat as described in our Privacy Policy.

Testimonials. By sending us feedback about your experience, such as a review, email or message, you agree that we may share excerpts of it publicly, anonymously, with your name and any identifying details removed. We won't share anything overly personal, sensitive or emotional, and we never quote from your private sessions, recordings or intake forms. If you'd rather your feedback is never shared, let us know at luana@luanaspirits.com and we'll respect that.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Site or our services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email.

14. Third-party platforms

We use third-party platforms, including Stan, Etsy, Skool, Stripe, PayPal, Google, YouTube and Fathom, to deliver our services. We're not responsible for their performance, outages or policies, and any issues with those platforms are governed by your agreement with them.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE, CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THEY WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, OR FROM ANY DECISION OR ACTION YOU TAKE BASED ON A READING, SESSION OR RESOURCE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its associates from any claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of others, anything you post or share through our platforms, or your use of the Site or services.

17. Circumstances beyond our control

We're not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power or internet outages, or failures of third-party platforms.

18. Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most things can be resolved with a simple conversation.

If a dispute can't be resolved informally, you agree that it will be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, rather than in court, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause above, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

19. General

  • Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the Site or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Purchases are governed by the Terms in effect when you made them.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the details on the product page at the time of your purchase, are the entire agreement between you and us.
